Hi, I’m Francesco — Italian electronic music producer, sound designer, acoustic engineer, and the mind behind Distilled Noise.

I’ve been making electronic music for nearly 14 years, after another decade spent playing guitar — first as a student, then in a band. Over time I explored many genres, but I’ve found my home in house music and the underground club scene, especially drawn to the textures of minimal and micro house.

Alongside my music, I work as an acoustic consultant, helping improve sound quality and insulation in buildings and public spaces.

A few years ago, I launched a YouTube channel to share my creative process and help other producers — especially those into minimal house — who, like me, struggled to find quality, in-depth tutorials. What began as a personal project grew into Minimal Improvements, an international community of producers where we share exclusive tutorials by me and guest producers from the underground house music scene, feedback sessions, Zoom calls, sound packs, and more.
